Spa/Salon Gem may be used either in French or English. You may select the language by changing Windows regional settings to English (Canada), English (United States) or French (Canada).
The Spa/Salon Gem Help menu grants access to a reference manual and to an interactive help. They answer most of the operational questions.
Spa/Salon Gem may be backed by a support contract. This all depends on the sales contract.
Updates are available through:
Spa/Salon Gem proposes an access code system as well as passwords for each employee. To insure data integrity, choose to limit access to certain functions.
For an optimal performance of Spa/Salon Gem, JBL Soft recommends the following device: Pentium IV - Windows XP - Hard Disk of 40 GB - 256 MB RAM - High resolution video card (24 bit). Installation Questions
When installing Spa/Salon Gem on one computer, choose the main computer because it manages all the data. However, when Spa/Salon Gem is installed on a network (more than one device) the main computer becomes a data depository where the extra computer sends its data.
For maximum performance, it is recommended to use c:/Program Files/Salon Gem.
When Spa/Salon Gem opens, an authorization window offers a code to send to JBL Soft to register and unlock the application. Call 1-800-556-4525, fax (506) 735-1859 or send it through e-mail at info@jblsoft.com.
This key unlocks Spa/Salon Gem according to established settings, in this case a trial version valid for a 15-day period installed on one device. |
