Installation

To insure a successful installation, we suggest you read the following information:

Installation

1- Follow instructions on the screens.

2- Choose to install Salon Gem on a main station.

3- Restart the computer after the installation. (The Salon Gem icon will appear on the desktop and the software will be added to the Programs list of the Start section.)

Activation

1- Double-click the icon to open Salon Gem.

2- Note the site code on the Authorization window.

3- Send it to JBL Soft:

b. 1-800-556-4525
c. fax: (506) 735-1859

4- You will receive an authorization key to unlock Salon Gem and a product key

5- Use them to complete the boxes and indicate your business name.

6- Press the OK button.

Open a Salon Gem Session

1- Your user number: 1

2- Your password: jbl

Uninstall

The uninstall procedure of the trial version is found in the Salon Gem directory (in c:/Program Files) under the file name uninstall.txt. This file explains how to delete the trial version according to the computer's operating system.
